Our car club of the month

Well done to the Allegro Club International!

To celebrate 50 years of the Allegro, the Allegro Club International held a grand birthday bash and hoped to see 50 cars join them for the line up to celebrate the 50 years. The club were overjoyed to welcome 80 Allegros and various BMCBL visitors at the event on Sunday 14^th May.

After a successful first ‘Cars and Coffee’ event, with over 50 vehicles and 100 enthusiasts joining us on Sunday 23^rd April, we can announce the date of our next meet at Lancaster HQ is Sunday 21^st May – we hope to see you there!

The sun was shining over the weekend as a range of classics motored to Lancaster HQ for the free event. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy, with the more modern models being displayed, Series Land Rovers, MGBs, a TR6, race cars, an incredible gold MK1 Astra, a fleet of Morris Minors and pre-war vehicles! The second event promises more of the same on Sunday 21^st May where people can once again join the Lancaster team and other enthusiasts between 10am – 1pm to chat all things classic! No pre-booking is needed, and refreshments are covered, with tea/coffee and biscuits on offer.
