The Lancaster team attend the MG Centenary show!

30 June 2023

Lancaster team (Sam and Lorna) arrived at the show bright and early, looking forward to the day. With the weather not looking to promising they set up and waited for the start of the event.

As the event went on, they were fortunate enough to be blessed with some sunshine and had a wonderful setting with the event being held at the British Motor Museum.

With over 1300 MG’s out in full force it was quite a sight to see. This ranged from 1923 to 2023, with the new MG Cyberster on display! This enabled all enthusiasts to stop, admire and appreciate the future of electric vehicles. Not only this, MGOC had put on a fantastic display showing 100 vehicles, in date order!

Sam and Lorna had a great day meeting new and existing customers and said everyone had a fantastic story to tell about their personal journey with their vehicles or the history of the vehicles itself.

They also got to see the first MG ever built, chassis number 1.

The event concluded with a Pride of Ownership award ceremony. This saw Paul Clappison, a multiple Pride of Ownership Winner, take home the trophy again with his white MG B GT.
