Club of the month - The Morris Register!

04 November 2022

Our November club of the month goes to the Morris Register - the world’s biggest club for Morris vehicles designed before 1940!

Originally formed as The Morris Eight Tourer Club in 1960, the Club was renamed the “Morris Register” eight years later to acknowledge the breadth of cars they now admitted.

The Morris Register is a friendly, thriving and active club and welcomes members, with or without car ownership, who have an interest in any Morris car and commercial of this period.

For members, they run an online spares service, publish a monthly magazine, maintain a comprehensive website with an online forum, and organise a busy social calendar which includes the annual major National Rally and numerous local Noggins and other events.

The Club is dedicated to promoting and preserving the Morris marque, and has been an active member of the Morris Vehicles Association (MVA) since its formation in 2014. They are also a member of the Federation of British Historical Vehicle Clubs, which exists to maintain our freedom to use yesterday’s vehicles on tomorrow’s roads and to encourage the preservation and promotion of all types of vehicles within the broader context of our national heritage.
