The objective of Vision is to deliver a suitable like-for-like vehicle, including prestige vehicles, sports cars and soft-tops for summer, to your home or place of work at a time that’s convenience to you. Vision do not take any payment from you as they recover all of their costs from the at-fault driver's insurance company.
A replacement vehicle ensures you remain mobile while your car is repaired and can be used for up to seven days after vision receive a settlement cheque if your car is written off.
Vision’s ability to waive your policy excess and arrange repairs at an approved repairer are all part of the service to you.
Vision’s experienced claims management advisors can be contacted Monday-Friday from 08:00 until 18:30, and Saturday’s between 09:00 and 14:00 and will support you in the minutes, hours and days following a collision. They have the expertise to handle your replacement vehicle needs, guiding you though the process and keeping you updated at all times.
